Who we are

Michael Sherman

President, CEO

About

Michael, a 33-year industry veteran, brings extensive experience in embroidery, digitizing, and screen-printing to Iconic’s leadership team. He has held leadership roles in sales, marketing, and operations at prominent North American companies

After three years as General Manager, he acquired Sunshine Embroidery & Punching and over 30 years, grew it into North America’s largest digitizing and art house. Sunshine Graphx Source now employs 1450 people across five international locations and boasts 19 brands and affiliates.

In 2005, he purchased and transformed a small embroidery company into Alberta’s leading wholesale decorator, Iconic Wholesale Embroidery. Iconic serves major marketing companies and offers diverse decoration services

In 2017, Michael expanded further with a state-of-the-art facility in Tennessee, offering 190 heads of wholesale embroidery for the golf industry.

Kyle Kuchma

About

Kyle brings more than 20 years experience to the embroidery industry. He originally started at Sunshine Digitizing providing the industry with premium digitizing, vectorizing and stock designs.

Prior to joining Sunshine Digitizing, Kyle had been working in sales for over five years and brought his extensive knowledge to quickly increase sales and profits by helping deliver marketing solutions to Sunshine’s clients.

In 2005, Kyle assisted Michael in expanding his business and together they successfully created Alberta’s leading wholesale decorator (Iconic Wholesale Embroidery)
