1. Is there a minimum quantity for embroidery orders?

There is no minimum order for embroidery. Our pricing is based on a quantity breakdown system, so we can process orders of one or how ever many you need.

2.How long will my order take?

The turnaround time is five days. Rushes are available upon request; please call to speak with a customer service professional if a rush is required.

 3.  Can you embroidery on any type of material?

Almost any type of material can be embroidered as long as it can be placed in a hoop and the needle can sew through it.

4.What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards. Online credit applications are also available.

5.What type of art format is acceptable?

We accept .jpg, .bmp, .gif, .tif, .jif, .cdr, eps, ai, or .pdf files.

6.What type of embroidery format is acceptable?

We accept .DST, .EMB, .PXF, or POF.

7.How do I get a quote?

Please email embroidery or art file along with size of logo, type of garment and turnaround required.  Within two hours, a sales representative will send you an e-mail response.

8.Do you deal with the end user?

No, we are a wholesale company exclusivly.
